Infrared | PHL

When I'm shooting in Maine I do find it hard to remember to take the other camera with me and set up for some infrared photos. It's a bit more of a hassle with a camera that I'm using a IR filter on. Next year it should be a little easier with a converted camera slung over one shoulder, and another on my opposite shoulder. Or at least I can hope it'll be easier...

First of all..... Beautiful shot. I;m a little jealous.
Second... I find the whole switching between cameras thing took a while to get used to. I would forget to check settings and I found myself changing lenses in the field way more than I like, but you do get used to it and the first time you go out with just your color camera and you see a perfect IR shot you will kick yourself. Here is what I do for general shooting I always carry both, but when I think I am inspired by the light for IR I will just carry that camera, especially if it is ground I covered in the past in color.
