Oh, Hi!

It's been a little while since I've stopped in here. Today was the first time I touched my camera since I ended the 365 Project. What can I say... the promise of spring pulled me out, and onto the cold, wet ground to shoot these little snowdrops.

I'm attempting to get to know Nik Software's HDR Efex... I shot a 5 bracket exposure hand held... but, that said, I thought back to a little tutorial I watched from Scott Kelby about what shots to use for an HDR image. This HDR is using his thought process.... HDR and black and white in a combination of shots 1, 2 and 5 from a 5 exposure bracket.

Nice. I don't think I could hand hold an HDR series. They are always on tripod for me. HDR combined with B&W hmmm! I may play with that someday.

PS - Glad you posted today. I was giving you 10 days before I raised heck.

Carl... on a good day, if I have the settings right and the camera on high-speed continuous, I can fire off 5 pretty quick and not move that much... Or, at least I can hope. Which basically equates to me getting lucky with it all tonight! And thank you for the 10 day window! *lol* Hopefully something else catches my eye soon so you don't have to bring the hammer down on me or anything! =)

LOL. Take pictures when you like they are always better when we take them when inspired to take them!
