A Little Slice of Paradise | Orchid Show, NYBG

I took the day to visit the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx on Saturday. After swearing at my Garmin a LOT, avoiding triple parked cars on the Bronx streets, sitting in line for quite a while to even get into the parking lot of the Botanical Garden, I ventured into the greenhouse... to find it packed! I've never seen so many people there on one of my visits! I did my best to maneuver a bit and get some photos. And I was exhausted when I left... with a four hour drive ahead of me. Anyway... here are a few of the pictures from the day... just starting to go through them...

You got some really nice images in spite of the crowds! Congrats.

Thank you, Carl... I think I have bruises on my ribs from all the elbowing going on to get to the flowers.... and I even stood back and watched for while.... =)
